Doloact MR Tablets are a combination medication used to alleviate pain and inflammation associated with muscle spasms and various musculoskeletal conditions. Each tablet contains

• Chlorzoxazone (250 mg): A muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system to relieve muscle stiffness or spasms, thereby improving muscle movement.

• Diclofenac (50 mg): A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the body.

• Paracetamol (500 mg): An analgesic and antipyretic that helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

Dosage:

The typical dosage is one tablet taken orally, two to three times daily after meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Please note it's  important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the exact dosage and duration of treatment.
