Dosage:

Adults: 7.5 mg once daily (can be increased to 15 mg per day if necessary).

Elderly or those with kidney issues: Lower doses may be recommended.

Not recommended for children under 16 years unless prescribed by a doctor.
Side Effects:
- Stomach pain, indigestion, nausea
- Headache, dizziness
- High blood pressure
- Rare but serious: Stomach ulcers, kidney problems, allergic reactions
Precautions:
- Avoid alcohol (increases risk of stomach ulcers).
